A 3 tiered cheese cake featuring Teifi Cheese and Ticklemore goats cheese. Serves approximately 50 people as part of a buffet or 80 after dinner*. Made with our own organic raw milk cheese and Sharpham Dairy's fantastic Ticklemore. Choose your flavour for the bottom cheese from Plain, Nettle, Seaweed, Sweet Pepper, Onion & Garlic or Cumin Teifi.
Approximate weight 6kg.
