A 4 tiered cheese cake featuring Teifi Cheese and Ticklemore Goats cheese. Serves approximately 95 people as part of a buffet or 160 after dinner*. Made with our own organic raw milk cheese and Sharpham Dairy's fantastic Ticklemore you can choose your flavour for the 3rd layer of cheese. Options are Plain, Nettle, Seaweed, Sweet Pepper, Onion & Garlic or Cumin Teifi.
