Oak-Smoked Teifi is based on our Teifi Natural cheese and is properly oak-smoked at Black Mountain Smokery in Crickhowell. It has a compact, smooth and creamy texture and a mellow flavour that is enhanced with beautiful rich smoky flavours.
Delicious thinly sliced in a burger.
Please note that there may be variations in colour due to the cheeses' placement in the smoking chamber. This does not effect the flavour.
