We’re looking for a reliable driver to join our small, friendly team at Caws Teifi. This role involves early mornings collecting fresh milk from our local suppliers and delivering it to our dairy, ready for cheesemaking.
About Us
At Caws Teifi, we make raw milk cheeses and butter by hand, using milk from local farms that are organic, low-input, or follow agro-ecological farming methods. We work closely with our producers to create high-quality, traceable, and nutritious food.
About the Role
This is a practical, hands-on job. You’ll primarily be driving and handling deliveries, but there may also be some outdoor and farm tasks to support the dairy. It’s physical, purposeful work that requires reliability, care, and attention to detail — and it’s deeply rewarding.
What We’re Looking For
A reliable and punctual driver
Ability to handle some physical, outdoor tasks
Curiosity, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn
Full training provided; experience in food production or farming is helpful but not essential
Responsibilities
Collecting milk from local suppliers
Delivering milk safely to the dairy
Assisting with basic outdoor or farm tasks as needed
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and care
