Join us at Glynhynod Farm in Ceredigion for a hands-on day exploring traditional and modern butter-making techniques. Guided by our experienced butter makers, Camille and Maya, you’ll use organic Welsh cream to make cultured butter, sweet butter and buttermilk to take home.
By the end of the workshop, you will have produced your own cultured butter, 'sweet' butter and buttermilk to take home, along with the knowledge to continue making fresh butter in your own kitchen. The day includes a homemade lunch and a tour of our dairy.
