Driver & Pasteuriser Operator – Caws Teifi
We’re looking for a reliable person to join our small team at Caws Teifi. You’ll collect fresh milk from local suppliers in the early morning, deliver it to our dairy and help prepare it for cheesemaking. Full training will be provided for operating the pasteuriser.

About the Role
This is a practical, hands-on job. You’ll primarily be driving and handling deliveries, but there may also be some outdoor and farm tasks to support the dairy. It’s physical, purposeful work that requires reliability, care, and attention to detail - and it’s deeply rewarding.
What We’re Looking For
This is a practical, hands-on role, with a typical shift of 6.00am–10.00am. Alongside milk collections and deliveries, you’ll clean the milk tank, operate the pasteuriser once trained and help with occasional outdoor or farm tasks. Care, reliability and good hygiene are essential.
Responsibilities
A reliable and punctual driver
Someone comfortable with physical work and early starts
Care and attention when handling milk and cleaning equipment
Assisting with basic outdoor or farm tasks as needed
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience in food production or farming is helpful but not essential. We’ll provide the training you need.
