Our traditional Caerphilly is cold-smoked at Black Mountain Smokery in Crickhowell. The cheese retains its crumbly texture and lovely taste but takes on a smokiness that compliments the rich cheese fabulously.
Serve with your favourite cracker and chutney.
Please note that there may be variations in colour due to the cheeses' placement in the smoking chamber. This does not effect the flavour.
