Celtic Promise

Celtic Promise is a Caerphilly-style washed-rind cheese made in Ceredigion from raw cow’s milk.

It has a slightly moist, pink rind surrounding a soft and buttery centre. As the cheese matures, it develops a more pronounced aroma and a delicate yet piquant flavour, creating a delicious contrast between the creamy interior and aromatic rind.

Celtic Promise makes a distinctive addition to a cheeseboard and melts beautifully when a rich flavour and creamy texture are required. Pair it with a farmhouse cider, crusty bread or crisp apple.
