Heritage Teifi is our extra mature Gouda-style Welsh cheese, aged for more than two years to develop remarkable depth and intensity.

It has a strong, nutty and savoury flavour with notes of honey and butterscotch. Its complex aroma balances sharp and sweet characteristics, while naturally occurring tyrosine crystals give the cheese a deeply satisfying crunch.

Enjoy Heritage Teifi slowly as the centrepiece of a cheeseboard, paired with chutney, dried fruit or a full-bodied cider, whisky or fortified wine.
