Onion and Garlic Teifi Cheese

Onion and Garlic Teifi is based on our Natural Teifi cheese, with onion and garlic added during the cheesemaking process.

The aromatic onion and garlic flavours complement the cheese’s dense, smooth and creamy texture, creating a rich and satisfying savoury cheese. It melts beautifully and brings plenty of character to both simple meals and cooked dishes.

Grate it over fresh pasta, mix it into mashed potato, melt it into a toastie or serve it as part of a cheeseboard.
